Hi, to change the background you can upload your own picture. The background has to be a non-white on, as the boxes are transparent white. To make the boxes transparent black add this to the “Add custom CSS” without the ” ” in Advanced: ”.outerbox { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.30); } .outerbox-notes { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.30); } .outerbox-nav { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.30); } .outerbox-head { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.30); }”
To change the transparency, set the 0.30 to either a lower number or a higher one. If you want another color change the first 0’s to something else. Like 139,137,137. Find the RGB colors here: http://www.tayloredmktg.com/rgb/. If you want the background image to be fixed add this to the custom CSS form: “body {background-attachment:fixed;}”. That should do the trick.

Hi, sorry for the late response! If you add the following code to the custom form in Customize the margin should increase: “li.tweet {margin-bottom:10px;}”. I’ve set the margin to 10, but just change it if you want.

I’m sorry, but the “like” and “reblog” buttons are default buttons set by Tumblr. There’s no way to remove them. The only thing I could do was manipulate the iframe to stay within the top box. The only thing you can do is disable the button for non-Tumblr users (Advanced in Customize).

Hi, you’re not the only one asking this question. The problem is, and it can be fixed - is that the white box shows your “tumblr likes”. Because you haven’t liked anything (tumblr.com/liked/by/aneldagrove) yet it’s blank. To disable the function, go to Preferences in Account and disable it (“Share posts I like”). That should do it :-)!
